State Digital Road Network (SDRN) User Group

The State Digital Road Network (SDRN) user group was established in collaboration with MapInfo Australia to assist the implementation of the SDRN whole of Government contract within Queensland Government. The user group is managed by the lead agency, the Queensland Department of Main Roads.

The SDRN user group meets each quarter to discuss data updates, data quatlity, proposed enhancements or changes to the data, awareness and usage of the SDRN, as well as guidelines and procedures relevant to the successful implementation of the contract.

Members of the user group also have the opportunity to network with users in other government agencies to share hints and tips on using the SDRN.

The SDRN user group coordinated the review of QSIC Standard No. 3 - State Digital Road Network in 2006. Download the updated SDRN Standard.
